Vojtěch Fiala is a new member of the legal team at Achour & Partners.
Vojtěch is graduate of the law fakulty at Palacky University in Olomouc. During his studies he completed several internships and he gained experience at significant law firms.
Before starting work at Achour & Partners, Vojtěch practised law at Havel, Holásek & Partners and also at Konečná & Zacha, where she gained experience in M&A, performing legal due diligence of business companies and real estate development projects, contract and corporate law. He has participated in some important aquisitions including representing international investors. At Achour & Partners, Vojtěch will concentrate on M&A.
