Jiří Janáček

Jiří Janáček graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen.

Jiří provides legal advice primarily in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, divisions and other transformations of companies, and in the areas of real estate and construction, including the development and the financing of transport infrastructure projects. In his practice, Jiří has been involved in conducting legal due diligence of major commercial entities and structuring complex transactions.

Jiří has significant expertise in corporate governance, namely in the application of the Czech Business Corporations Act in many areas such as the creation of holding structures, the increase or decrease of registered capital, the drafting of shareholders agreements, the protection of shareholders’ rights, the disposal of enterprises, the transfer of business shares, stocks and other assets. Additionally, he has assisted clients with employee incentive share programs and provided legal advice in day-to-day business of companies and in connection to public procurement law, competition law, and unlawful state aid.

Before joining Achour & Partners, Jiří worked at a leading Czech law firm, where he initially practiced general law and later specialized in transactional legal advice and litigation.
