Marek Hausmann
Trainee Lawyer | PrahaMarek Hausmann graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, where he focused primarily on the legal aspects of construction law.
Marek specializes in civil law, corporate law, construction law and dispute resolution. He advises and assists clients in matters relating to real estate transactions, the financing of real estate projects, the development of transport infrastructure projects, and planning and infrastructure contribution agreements in connection with zoning plans changes in large-scale development areas.
Marek also provides transactional legal advice in many aspects of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, the liability of members of corporate bodies and group structures, and the law of obligations such as security instruments. Marek has significant expertise in dispute resolution, especially as impacted by enforcement law, insolvency law, and international law.
Prior to joining Achour & Partners, Marek worked as a legal assistant at a prominent Czech law firm, where he specialized in contract law and civil litigation and assisted clients in corporate transactions, including conducting legal due diligence of commercial companies and drafting comprehensive transaction documents.
During his studies, Marek completed a summer legal internship at the District Court in Mělník, where he had the opportunity to develop his knowledge and experience in dispute resolution.
