Our lawyers’ main role is to independently manage and take charge of the cases entrusted to them, transactions and judicial disputes included, to guide trainee lawyers and other members of the team. Our lawyers act in the capacity of mentors to their younger colleagues and help them in the development of their career and professional potential. Our lawyers also manage the entire relationship between the office and its clients and are involved in the decision-making processes at the office.
We favour honesty and openness in interviews. We generally have two interviews with each suitable candidate in the presence of a partner in the office and another member of the team with whom the lawyer would potentially work over the long term. These are more like informal meetings and conversations during which we discuss our expectations of each other and the current trends in law and provide candidates with space in which to ask their own questions.
