We motivate our colleagues and assess their work on a regular basis. We do not merely wait for the annual assessment, instead looking for ways to help our colleagues in their professional development. We try to understand what our colleagues expect of our work together, wherein lies their own motivation, and what suits them or can help them improve.
We keep a very close eye on any change in expectations, particularly among younger colleagues, where trust, respect, and responsibility are joined by the need for personal and professional development, the opportunity to head in a specific direction, engagement in the full context of the work done, and regular feedback. We entrust our colleagues with demanding tasks and give them our trust in carrying them out, expressing this trust and providing room for them to take responsibility on their own. Trust and open communication between our employees and company management and among employees are very important to us.
