Profile
Trainee lawyers are an integral part of our team, working with us on all transactions, systematically involved in the running of the office, and sharing in the preparation of most legal documents.
Trainee lawyers undergo regular training so as to become independently able to draw up extensive transaction documents, particularly contracts, reports on having carried our legal checks, legal memoranda, or legal opinions, and so as to be able to collaborate on determining strategies and identifying the risks involved in individual transactions. We also develop the abilities of trainee lawyers to take part in proceedings and coordinate transactions, and to check compiled output. We also support independent publication activity among trainee lawyers to the broadest possible extent. What is more, we endeavour to make sure that trainee lawyers are involved in communication with clients to the broadest possible extent, under the guidance of a lawyer. Trainee lawyers might also work with legal assistants.
We at Achour & Partners place great importance on universal professional development, and for this reason our trainee lawyers also provide legal advice in multiple areas. We are talking here of a broad spectrum of legal advice for our clients, including matters such a mergers and acquisitions, project financing, building developments and infrastructure projects, intellectual property, and judicial disputes. At the same time, however, we respect narrower specialisations and fully support our trainee lawyers in them.
If you would like to become part of our team in the position of trainee lawyer, send a structured CV in Czech and English together with a motivation letter to the following e-mail address:office@achourpartners.com, or use our contact form. We welcome all applications.
