Achour & Hájek will be a partner in the upcoming conference “Practical risks surrounding public procurement on the eve of the new Public Procurement Act”. As well as highlighting solutions to current problems and risks for contracting authorities and bidders, the conference will look at alternative perspectives on public procurement. Speakers will give advice and practical guidelines on smoothly handling changes caused by the new Public Procurement Act, which is now being prepared. The programme features a contribution by firm associate Andrea Schelleová on the digitalisation of public procurement. The conference is being organised by FORUM Publishing s.r.o., which produces specialist publications and organises conferences and seminars for senior managers, business owners and public administration authorities on implementing laws and other practical requirements.
