Achour & Hájek is a partner in the workshop ‘The estimated value of public contracts’, which will be chaired by JUDr. Schelleová and JUDr. Poremská. The workshop will be held during the 5th conference on public procurement titled ‘No authority can exceed the limits of the law’. One of its goals is to explore current public procurement issues which affect and complicate the work of both contracting authorities and contractors. The conference will take place on 2 October, 2014 at Hotel Duo in Prague. It will include a presentation by JUDr. Schelleová on recent issues concerning public procurement under the New Civil Code. JUDr. Poremská will also speak on the digitalisation of public procurement.
