Achour & Hájek recently acted for the Indian start-up ZOMATO in its acquisition of the Czech and Slovak online restaurant guides Lunchtime.cz and Obedovat.sk. The two websites focus on offering lunchtime menus of local restaurants updated daily, and are the most popular services of this kind in both the Czech and the Slovak Republics. The recent transaction was worth approximately CZK 65 million.
