Achour & Partners is advising a major contracting authority in the transport sector on the creation of a landmark joint venture. The venture will have the purpose of developing sites in Prague that are affected by the construction of transport infrastructure.
As part of the transaction, we are developing a joint venture structure along with transaction documentation. Those documents include a contract on establishing the joint venture, shareholder agreements, by-laws, cooperation agreements on the development of key sites, option agreements and agreements on services for the storage of transport infrastructure. Special attention is being paid to the connections between transport infrastructure buildings and other commercial buildings. Our focus is on the effects of rail transport regulations and case law as well as public procurement law issues.
