Attorney Dalibor Šalek has become a member of the legal team at Achour & Partners.
Dalibor is a specialist in public procurement, state aid and competition law, including representing clients before the Office for the Protection of Competition and the European Commission and in administrative proceedings. He has also advised extensively on legal issues in the areas of construction, infrastructure, public utilities and transport. Dalibor brings legal and practical expertise to these areas that was earned while acting for top Czech and international companies. He has also served as counsel on large-scale acquisitions and has extensive experience of carrying out legal due diligence.
At Achour & Partners, Dalibor will be jointly responsible for the dispute resolution practice. He will also oversee public procurement, competition law, state aid and general commercial law matters.
Dalibor Šalek is a graduate of the faculties of law and economics at Charles University, Prague.
Before joining Achour & Partners, Dalibor was a senior attorney at Pokorný, Wagner & partneři, s.r.o., where he focused on dispute resolution, public procurement law, competition law, state aid and commercial law.
