Sharing Know-How

We try to share in-house know-how as much as we can, whether with regard to specimen contracts, memoranda, and legal opinions or legal approaches.

We write up internal specimen contracts, which are regularly revised and modified to account for the development of case law and new knowledge. We regularly monitor current case law and analyse the legislative process. We also share our know-how from training or workshops within the firm. As far as legal analyses are concerned, our colleagues prepare model cases, in which they deal with complicated legal situations in detail. We also enable trainee lawyers to attend judicial proceedings and other hearings in person, and to deal with clients.
