Achour & Hájek partner Daniel Hájek spoke recently at a national conference on the risks and responsibilities of company management under the new Civil Code. The conference addressed the situation after January 1, 2014 when the new private law comes into force. As one of the expert presenters on re-codification and the implementation of the new code, Daniel described the changes it brings to real estate law. The conference was organised by FORUM Publishing s.r.o., which creates professional publications and organises seminars and conferences on implementing legislation and other practical requirements for top managers, business operators and public authorities.
