Denisa Marešová is a graduate of the Faculty of Law in Prague as well as the Masaryk University in Brno where she studied International Relations and European Studies. She also studied at the University of Sheffield in the UK. Before joining Achour & Hajek, she worked at Wilson & Partners law offices where she acted for major international companies, including instituonal investors, particularly in the areas of banking and finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate due diligence.
At Achour & Hajek, Denisa specialises in banking and finance and mergers and acquisitions.
Denisa is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
