Tereza Dočekalová is the latest addition to the team at Achour & Hájek law offices. Tereza is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague. She also completed studies in the Erasmus programme at the University of Helsinki, where she focused especially on international and European law. Tereza has extensive experience in financing, acquisition and development projects including carrying out comprehensive due diligence. Before joining Achour & Hájek, she worked at Wilson & Partners where she advised major foreign companies, including institutional investors, particularly in the areas of real estate law and mergers and acquisitions. At Achour & Hájek, Tereza specialises in financing issues within acquisitions and infrastructure projects. She is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
