Josef Carda

Josef Carda advises on all aspects of dispute resolution and arbitration and has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes. Josef’s clients include major corporations, financial institutions and private investors as well as government bodies and international investors. He has advised on large-scale real estate transactions and acts frequently for investors in acquisitions, various types of holdings and major real estate developments.

Josef Carda is a graduate of the law faculty at Masaryk University in Brno. He is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
