Achour & Partners is involved in the preparation of Trend Report 2017, a new study to be published by the Association for Real Estate Market Development (AREMD). The firm’s Tereza Fröhlichová will oversee the chapter titled “Law and Taxation”.
The Trend Report is an expert study produced through the collective efforts of members of AREMD and other real estate market specialists. An annual technical report on the state of the Czech real estate market, it focuses on current trends and perspectives in this important economic sector. The Trend Report reflects the work of not just AREMD working groups but the association’s entire membership. This unique composition of the team of authors ensures a high level of expertise and objectivity as well as exceptional information value. The first official Trend Report was published in June 2002. Since that time, it has often been cited in both the technical and mainstream press and become a key publication in this area. It is also available in a limited Czech-English edition. The study is divided into 11 basic chapters, which reflect the structure of the real estate market.
Members of AREMD include top developers and investors as well as the leaders of real estate, legal and other consultancy firms, banks and others active in the market. Other key participants are leaders and senior management in the public sector.
